Can I sell items I make from your patterns?

Yes. You may sell finished items you make by hand from our free patterns, in small quantities. We kindly ask you to credit The Crochet Side as the designer. You may not sell, share or republish the pattern itself. See our Terms of Use for details.

Can I share your pattern on my blog or social media?

You’re welcome to share one photo with a clear link back to the original post. Please don’t copy the written pattern, translate it, or post it as a PDF.

Do you accept guest posts or paid links?

We don’t publish paid links or unsolicited guest posts. We do consider genuine collaborations that are useful to our readers.

Which crochet terms do you use?

All patterns use US crochet terminology unless a post clearly says otherwise. Each post lists its abbreviations.
